If the circulating pump is considered as 75KW, the operating frequency of the circulating pump will be 35HZ when the pressure difference is 0.1Mpa under the new plate change condition. When the internal resistance of the plate change becomes larger, the system will continue to maintain the pressure difference of 0.1Mpa, and the system will automatically raise the circulating pump frequency to 45HZ, and the opening of the electric valve will be changed from 30% to 70%. 1. Correspondence between output frequency and input power of frequency converter: the output frequency of frequency converter is proportional to the cube of input power.

The power of the frequency converter of 70KW circulating pump is 54.7 kW at 45Hz and 25.7KW at 35 Hz. In this case, one set of units will increase the power by 54.7-25.7=29KW/h per hour, that is, 29 kWh, and two sets of units will increase the power by 29*2*24=1392 kWh per day.
